Users >= 10 edits in 30 days to articles w/talk in cat, etc

Users who have at least 10 edits in the last 30 days to mainspace pages whose talk pages are categorized in [[Category:WikiProject Women scientists articles]], who aren't bots, aren't fully blocked (other than rangeblocks), are ips, and have at least 5% of their mainspace edits to such pages.

(30 days is as long as the recentchanges table lasts.)
