"Good article" review pages - users and article titles (last 30 days)

Useful to see who has been doing a lot of good article reviews in the last month. Includes the reviewees (which is not ideal). Only checks last 30 days (not ideal) because queries on the recentchanges table are a lot quicker than queries on the billion row revision table.
