May be off a little bit. Isn't exactly matching https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Database_reports/Top_new_article_reviewers. Appears to only count "page curation log" / "mark as reviewed". Does not take into account AFD's, draftificaitons, etc.
