Experiment: How does ep_students capture multiple course registrations per user?

Answer: it only seems to capture the most recent registration. So if a user has been in multiple courses, this table is not accurate for older courses.

Result is 26 rows, but ep_courses has 41 registered students!
There doesn't seem to be a difference here between student_first_course and student_last_course
