Accepted AfC submissions in past 30 days

This query lists all user talkpage messages delivered during the past 30 days by the AfC Helper script that notify draft creators that their draft has been accepted. It works by  reading the edit comment associated with each accepted submission. 

This list will be an under-count; not every AfC reviewer uses AFCH, and they may un-check the option to "notify submitter". But it should capture almost everything.

It doesn't account for whether the accepted article was subsequently deleted after being moved to main space.
