Images at (0/0) (in the db, not in the files)

Images do quite unlikely have coordinates at (0/0), where there is deep water. Deleting image coordinates will still keep them in the database and make them visible at (0/0) for apps reading the db. See https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T143366.
