Pick random 1000 articles from plwiki

This query returns a list of 1000 articles (page id and title). They are picked from the main namespace excluding redirects. The randomness is guaranteed by the column page_random which is populated with a random value at page creation. We ask then for these rows that have the number above some random threshold. Running the query again is likely to yield similar results, but some new articles may appear.
