These translation units consist of the text `en`. This is almost certainly a language code, and the language code should not be translated manually. Replace the translation unit with either `{{PAGELANGUAGE}}` (when the displayed page’s language is needed, e.g. on Commons-namespace pages) or `{{#invoke:Caller title|lang|base={{subst:FULLPAGENAME}}}}` (when specifically the language of the page the translation unit is directly on is needed, e.g. to mark up the language of a template).
