Label/description/alias stats for Bengali

Since the migration away from wb_terms, and since the Grafana dashboard which previously displayed these stats is broke, the only way to get semi-immediate statistics on these is for a single language at a time. (There are pages, such as https://wikidata-analytics.wmcloud.org/app/WD_LanguagesLandscape and https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/User:Mr._Ibrahem/Language_statistics_for_items, which continue to report weekly based on the dumps.)
