Non-templates in Template-only categories

The following pages are non-templates contained in template-only categories. I've now cleaned up most of them and those that remain are valid (they're not technically templates, but they serve as templates). This was done as part of work on licensing metrics (see https://wikimania2015.wikimedia.org/wiki/Submissions/What_does_%22free%22_mean_in_Wikimedia%3F ) . Note that this query excludes categories. Those have a dedicated query at http://quarry.wmflabs.org/query/4199
