Adaptation of https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:MySQL_queries#Orphaned_talk_pages, as a generic check for all namespaces, except the user talk and the MediaWiki talk namespace. Used in the OrphanedTalkPages extension: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:OrphanedTalkPages.
